《伏流聲響，絮語喃喃》是在經過十幾年後再度回到松山文創園區為松菸原創基地節所做的現地創作，於其辦公廳舍二樓有收藏現存蔡坤霖最早期的聲音雕塑作品＿聲音魔方，此次藝術家為為期十日的藝術節創作的作品是以松菸文創園區為中心範圍，以其內的舊河道、灌溉溝渠與現有的道路作為材料來進行創作，最大的特點在於藝術家為園區內生態池的聲音生態創作的「聲態糾纏」聲形，以發光的透明管作為主體，管內會發出藝術家於生態池裡、外錄製到的生物聲音。
蔡坤霖希望透過此次得短暫發表讓參與的民眾除了過往的遊戲於作品之間以外，亦可以透過作品了解該地附近的過往環境流變以及未曾注意到的生態聲響，進而對於自身環境有新的認識與體悟。

“Undercurrent Whispers” is a site-specific creation that returns to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park after more than a decade, created for the Songyanland Festival. Currently, on the second floor of the office building, Tsai Kuen-Lin’s earliest sound sculpture work, Sound Cube, is part of the collection.
For this festival, Tsai created a new piece centered around the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, using materials from the old riverbeds, irrigation ditches, and existing roads within the park. The most distinctive feature of the work is Tsai’s creation of ”sound entanglement“ based on the ecological sounds of the park’s ecological pool. The artwork’s core consists of glowing transparent pipes, within which are sounds of organisms recorded by the artist from both underwater and above the water surface in the ecological pool.
Through this brief exhibition, Tsai hopes to provide visitors with the opportunity not only to engage with the artwork as a playful experience but also to gain insight into the area‘s past environmental transformations and the unnoticed ecological sounds. This, in turn, may lead to a new understanding and reflection of their own surrounding environment.

《伏流のささやき》は、十数年ぶりに松山文創園区に戻り、「松菸オリジナルベースフェスティバル」のために制作された現地制作作品です。現在、オフィス棟2階には、蔡坤霖の初期の音響彫刻作品「音の魔方」が所蔵されています。今回の作品は、10日間のアートフェスティバルのために、松山文創園区を中心とし、園区内の旧河道、灌漑用水路、既存の道路を素材として制作されました。
この作品の最大の特徴は、園区内のエコロジカルプールの音をもとに創作された「声態のもつれ」です。発光する透明なチューブを主体とし、その内部からは、エコロジカルプールの水中および水面で録音された生物の音声が再生されます。
蔡坤霖は、この短期間の発表を通じて、参加者がこれまでのように作品を楽しむだけでなく、作品を通じてこの地域の過去の環境の変遷や普段気づかない生態系の音に触れ、自身の環境について新たな理解と洞察を得ることを期待しています。
