Based on Hsinchu’s water supply network, the artist transforms the locations of the pipes, facilities and water resources into the artwork’s structure and adds images of historical sites in Hsinchu, providing a map of Hsinchu’s water network while connecting art of the local culture. The creativity also simulates sounds from Hsinchu’s water environment, including sounds of diesel machine and electric motor, hoping that through listening, the audiences would learn about the development of Hsinchu’s water supply and view their daily life differently.
